  Welcome new member.
We hope you will enjoy your time with one of EVE's most established corporations, and that you settle in as quickly as possible. As an M.Corp pilot, you have opportunities available to you that simply do not exist in many other corporations. You are now part of a close-knit community where each member has a role to play in the fortunes of M.Corp.

Whether you are an Industrialist, a pure PVP pilot or an all rounder, we have something to offer you here. M.Corp has three distinct divisions for our members to work within and they are called FLEET, ENGINEERING & FIGHTER PILOT.

FLEET
The role of the FLEET Pilot is one of continuous dedication to combat, the safeguarding of M.Corp assets, territory and it's members. Fleet pilots are expected to lead gangs, and eventually fleets of all sizes and capabilities. Fleet members also organize training and roaming exorcises to keep the general abilities of FLEET & FIGHTER PILOTS sharp at all times. FLEET pilots are given some time to recoup personal losses, but ships used in official defense ops are replaced by M.Corp, partially through the profits raised by the ENGINEERS.

ENGINEERING
The role of the engineer is to meet the mineral targets set out by the Engineering Leader in order to fulfill M.Corp's mineral buy orders each week. These minerals are used by M.Corp to replace losses incurred by FLEET on official alliance and territorial operations. Engineers are allowed to profit without limits once their individual quotas have been met, and are free to join regular M.Corp ops if desired, although this is not compulsory for an engineer.

FIGHTER PILOT
The Fighter Pilot role is given to corp members that are interested in helping M.Corp achieve all of it's goals, be they in combat or industrial matters. Fighter Pilots are expected to be there for M.Corp when the call goes out, and fighter pilots are judged on their initiatives across a wide variety of roles within the corp - The fighter pilot embodies the true spirit of M.Corp, those that wish to be the ultimate utility player, adaptable to a wide variety of situations.
